Meenakshi founded MockInterviewLoop to help people surface strengths they didn't know to name the ones beyond the job description and use them to walk into interviews with real, evidence backed confidence, not just reassurance. Through repeated, deep conversations, she helps candidates position themselves as the expert talent they are, not just a fit on paper. It is a level of preparation that goes beyond standardized or AI-driven interview prep because for Meenakshi, the interview is the first step in a bigger career, not the finish line. A former Microsoft PM in Customer Experience, she brings this same rigor to every session backed by her work mentoring at UW Bothell School of Business (2026 Mentor of the Year) and leading community programs with the King County Library System.
